What it is: A refillable holder for use with Clé de Peau Beauté's Eyeliner Pencil, sold separately. What it does: This holder includes a rubber blending tip for creating smoky, dimensional looks. How to use: Take the Eyeliner Pencil Cartridge and position it into the holder. Push firmly until it clicks into place. To remove, pull the cartridge out of the holder.
