What it is: A dewy, lightweight balm that creates a glowy shine anywhere on the face—a true no-rules product.What it does: This nonsticky, lightweight balm has a silky-smooth texture that maintains shine and stays in place, helping you create a multitude of dewy looks. The oil-free, high-shine formula can function as a lip balm, highlighter, eye gloss and beyond. Use it on the high points of face (lips, cheekbones, eyelids) or shoulders and décolleté to create the illusion of smooth, glossy, glitter-free highlighted skin. How to use: A little goes a long way. Gently warm a small amount in the back of your hand, then gently pat onto the highest point of your cheekbones. For a glossy eyelid look, use a small synthetic eyeshadow brush to apply to your entire eyelid below your natural crease. Repeat until you reach your desired gloss effect.
