Shake well before use. Spray in sections, holding the can about 8-10 inches away from the hair. Use Light hold (2/10 hold level) to prep hair for styling and tame pesky flyaways. It's also great for fine hair. Use Medium hold (5/10 hold level) for flexible yet long-lasting hold. It keeps hair in place and frizz away with tons of movement and bounce.
