Position them level with your forehead and breathe in deeply, hold for two seconds and breathe out deeply, lowering them to the level of your chest. Using your fingertips, spread the product over the entire face. Bring your hands together at the center of your face and then, using your fingertips, spread the product by stretching your cheekbones and then smoothing your forehead from your eyebrows to the top of your forehead. Then slide your hands from the forehead to the chin in a circular motion.
