What it does: The undereye patches help cool and erase tired eyes with just water. They are created with Mission Hydroactive™ Technology and cool instantly when wet. The double-sided, odor-resistant patches do not require refrigeration or a freezer. They have chemical-free cooling that soothes and de-puffs with UPF 50+ sun protection. How to use: Soak Wet Clouds in cool water to fully saturate. Twist in wringing motion to activate. Apply undereyes for 10–20 minutes for best results. Machine wash cold with like colors.
