How to use:- Cleanse your face: start with a clean, dry face- Adjust the straps: put the mask on and adjust the straps on the back and top of your head until it fits snugly- Turn on the mask: press and hold the LED button on the right side of the mask- Select a treatment: the mask will automatically begin the 12-minute preset treatment.
