Large format wine lovers, rejoice! The magnum bottle insert allows travelers to replace one standard 2-bottle VinGardeValise® insert with a specially crafted insert to carry a magnum bottle (1.5L) or similar large format wine. This insert can also be used with Champagne bottles. The Grande 12-Bottle VinGardeValise® can accommodate 1 to 6 magnum inserts. The Petite 8-Bottle VinGardeValise® can accommodate 2 magnum inserts holding 3 or 6 magnum bottles. The Magnum Insert for the Grande 05 has been redesigned to accommodate Magnum bottles of different lengths. To use: Insert your large format bottle into the cavity neck first (at about a 45-degree angle), then gently press the body of the bottle into the insert. Please note: The magnum insert can accommodate a bottle up to 14.25 inches tall overall (11 inches from the bottom of the bottle to where the neck of the bottle begins). The width is 3.25" but the insert is flexible and can accommodate wider bottles.
